Sarah is a qualified coach supervisor, coach, mentor and counsellor.

Sarah’s earlier career included human resources management roles within the NatWest Group, Hay Group and Touche Ross, followed by senior consulting roles with KPMG and Penna. Sarah has enjoyed a portfolio of organisational assignments, working independently and through complementary associate-ships, tutoring on professional and academic programmes and providing supervision and mentoring for professional helpers in community agencies, charities and business networks.

Since co-founding Apsley Associates, Sarah has continued her professional development through advanced coach and supervisor training, several psychometric assessment certifications, diverse client experience, award winning contributions to coaching supervision research and active participation in specialist conferences and workshops. She is valued by those with whom she works for her analytical and intuitive strengths, respectful curiosity and genuineness.

Sarah is an Association for Coaching Member and Contributor, Member of the Global Supervisors Network, Affiliate of the British Psychological Society and General Member of their Division of Coaching Psychology.  She has credentials from the Behavioural Coaching Institute, Coaching Development, Bath Consultancy Group and University of Bristol (MSc Counselling, Diploma in Counselling at Work – BACP recognised course).  She was appointed a Chartered Fellow, CIPD in 1995.
